What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, new address, closing or move-in date, which services you want, and who referred you. If you book through a partner's page, we record which partner.

What we use it for

To look up your providers, hold your appointment, call and text you about your request, and place the orders you choose. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Only the providers you choose to sign up with, and only what they need to open your account. If a partner referred you, they may receive confirmation that we helped you and what was set up, without your account details. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Social Security numbers

Utility companies ask for a Social Security number to start service. You give it to them directly. We never ask for it and never store it.

Calls and texts

We call and text only people who asked us to, and only about their request. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Tell us on any call, or email us, to stop calls. See our Do not call page.

Cookies and the website

The site remembers a partner code for 90 days so a partner gets credit if you book later. No advertising trackers.
